Town Extension List

We are now recommending users access the database stored on Everstream directly as it opens up more features.

If you do not have access to the Everstream website, you can still access the Excel Extension List, but it is updated less frequently.

1. Go to https://commportal.everstream.net
   
2. Enter your desk phone number and password
   
1. If you do not know your password, click "Reset Password" and enter your phone number
   
2. If you do not receive a password reset e-mail, submit a helpdesk ticket and someone will assist you
   
3. At the top, click the Contacts tab
   
4. Click Extensions
   
1. This is a list of all desk phones and number going through the TOP Everstream system
   
2. This also includes fax and various on-call numbers
   
   

!! Please note that the search results are limited to 200 lines on the page.  If you know your party's name, search for the name in the search field provided as not all contacts are shown on the landing page by default.

1. If you do not see the extension you are looking for or it is not a number managed by Everstream, click Short Codes
   
1. Short Codes are extensions managed in Everstream, but point at phone numbers that are not, even if the town owns them (parks garage, some HCCC numbers, etc.)
